In contrast, dry cleaning machines without distillation also begin with the cleaning phase where garments are cleaned using a solvent and the machine gently agitates the clothes to remove dirt and stains. After the solvent is extracted from the garments, it is passed through a filtration system to remove impurities instead of being distilled. The garments are then dried using warm air, with solvent vapors being captured and condensed back into liquid for reuse.
